By using the services of Apex Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”), including uploading photos for AI transformations, you (“user”, “you”, “client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Photo Submission Requirements

• Only photos you own or have the rights to may be submitted.
  
  

• Photos must be high-quality, well-lit, and clear.
  
  

• If a full-body transformation is requested, you must provide a full-length photo with clear face visibility.
  
  

• No poses, facial behaviors, heavy makeup, or filters are advised.
  
  

• Any factors that could affect the quality of the final image must be avoided.
  
  

2. Service Scope

• Apex  Studios provides enhanced photo transformations based on the photos you provide.
  
  

• The final output is based on the submitted photo quality, style selection, and transformation type.
  
  

• We do not alter identity beyond the transformation requested.
  
  

3. External Payment Processing

• All payments are handled through Selar, an external payment platform.
  
  

• By using our service, you agree that payments are processed externally and Apex Studios is not responsible for Selar’s payment procedures or technical issues.
  
  

4. User Conduct

• You agree not to upload inappropriate or illegal content.
  
  

• You may not use our service for commercial resale without prior agreement.
  
  

5. Liability

• Apex AI Studios is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of data, emotional distress, or misuse of images after delivery.
  
  

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any submission that violates these terms.
  
  

6. Agreement

• Using our 3-step transformation service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  
  

• You agree to read and accept our Refund Policy before submitting photos.

A full refund may be issued if:

• The final transformation photo does not resemble the original image due to processing errors.
  
  

• Our internal quality review confirms abnormalities or unsatisfactory results.
  
  

2. How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your transformation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Photo quality issues result from low-resolution, poor lighting, or incorrect submission.
  
  

• The transformation is as requested and delivered, even if personal expectations differ.
  
  

• Any external issues with Selar payment processing.
  
  

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  
  

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
